Sales Operations asked us to help them simplify their workflow to process and prep assets for delivery to the ad server.
Why: There were multiple systems used to prep and QC ads before they could be delivered. Manual steps delay the process.
My role: Lead Designer and 1 Jr. Designer
Timeframe: 4 weeks

Activities: Created continuous cross-functional collaboration. Headed weekly meetings with 2 product specialists and 1 engineer. Daily meetings with Design. Presentations weekly and as needed.

We discovered that there were 5 cloud systems used to process ads in this workflow.

Our goal was to create a single workflow where processing and prepping ad assets for Ad delivery.

Collected and synthesized stakeholder feedback to develop a highly optimized system that allowed users to order, process, and prepare ad assets for delivery.
Solution
We successfully incorporated the workflow for Digital First Party delivery within the existing QC tool.
Handoff
I created high-resolution screens based off of my wireframes, user flows, and feedback.
I presented all iterations of the prototype to all teams for feedback and collaboration.

Result
User testing was performed with all user groups and approval was given to develop this solution. A style guide and product specs were handed off to the Development Team for production.
